Who says we're not in Kansas anymore?
For the curious: This is a TVS (Tornado Vortex Signature). We prefer to see them out in the country. Not in the middle of a large metropolitan area during rush hour traffic. Nothing happened, though. Just rotation, rain, and lightning. EDIT: This isn't a TVS; rather it is a "hook echo". The "hook" is actually the rear flank downdraft (RFD). Thanks to Keith and Matt for clearing that up.
