The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.Yup, that about sums it up at the moment. To continually watch and pray is the only line of defense I have at the ready. But I can be confident in its effectiveness, as it was prescribed by the Lord.

And if God is for you, who can be against you?
Sometimes it feels like the flesh is willing but the spiirt is weak.
I pray for the Holy Spirit to fill me, and for our Father to give me all that goes with a day of walking and living in the Spirit. And even though the day may be very difficult, there's a sense of peace, and an occasional joy, which touches my soul.
